What is a
ListServe? A ListServe is a mechanism where
'subscribers' can send and receive e-mail to each other. Typically, a particular ListServe
exisits to serve the common interest of its subscribers, and the subscribers freely share
their experiences, knowledge and insights to any topic. Indeed, for a Listserve to be
useful at all depends on the participation of all its subscribers.
In other words, if you've had a difficult a time in getting timely answers to your questions from your favorite manufacturer, then maybe the fact that their product is getting dissed on this listserv will shame them intodefending their honor by participating. Conversely, challenge participants to help you design a system that meets your needs and budget. Learn the unvarnished truth of what works and what doesn't from those who have already invented the wheel. Don't know automation from Ali Baba? Sign up! Want to discover a
